Additional Services for Household Payroll Customers:
-Timesheet maintenance: $10 per quarter.
-Postage fees for mailing wage statements and/or checks: Billed quarterly based on actual fees.
-Assistance with obtaining Workers’ Compensation / Disability Insurance: $20 one-time fee.
-Responding to Payroll Audits: $50 per request.
Pricing for Business Payroll Customers:
We do not charge a set-up fee in order to make our fees for small businesses more affordable than some of our competitors. Because of the additional procedures required for properly completing business payroll and tax filings, we charge businesses a base fee of $95 per month and an additional fee per employee based upon the business. We understand that the needs of our business payroll clients vary depending upon the type of industry, number of employees, number of states in which the employees are located, and the number of locations in which the business itself is located. These are just a few of the factors that will impact the fees associated with the cost of payroll.
